1. Accepting these terms

By opening Captions Guruji you accept the terms below. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simple: close the page. Nothing is owed either way.

2. Age

You must be of legal age in your province: 19 or older in Ontario, British Columbia and most of Canada, or 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec. Confirming the age gate is a statement that you meet that threshold. We have no way to verify it and rely on your honesty.

3. Virtual coins have no value

This is the central term of this agreement. The coins, balances, tickets, cards and prizes shown on this website are simulated items with no monetary value whatsoever. They:

• cannot be purchased, and are never offered for sale;
• cannot be redeemed, exchanged or converted into money, goods, services, credit or any other item of value;
• cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred to another person or traded;
• confer no ownership, no property right and no entitlement of any kind, and may be reset, adjusted or removed at any time.

Nothing on this site constitutes a wager, a stake, a bet, a lottery, a game of chance played for money, or gambling in any legal sense. No consideration is given, and no prize is awarded.

4. Entertainment only

Captions Guruji is a set of simulations offered for amusement. Outcomes are produced by a random number generator. Results here are not a guide, a prediction or a training exercise for real-money gambling, and success in these games does not imply future success at gambling for money.

5. Independence

Captions Guruji is an independent website. It is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery or gaming operator, is not licensed as one and does not need to be. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any gambling operator, gaming authority, regulator or provincial lottery corporation in Canada or elsewhere, nor to any business that may formerly have used a similar name at this address.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape, republish or reuse the site's code, artwork or text without written permission.
• Do not present Captions Guruji to anyone as a real-money gambling service, or as a route to one.
• Do not use the site if doing so is unlawful where you are.

7. Availability and content

The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, break, fix or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, bugs or a lost coin balance — which, as section 3 explains, was worth nothing to begin with.

8. Intellectual property

The Captions Guruji name, layout, artwork, game design, code and written content belong to the site's operator, except where third-party rights are noted. Emoji glyphs are rendered by your own operating system and remain the property of their respective vendors.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability arising from your use of this free website is limited to nil. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
